The case has also entangled Argentine President Javier Milei, who publicly promoted Libra before its dramatic collapse and later deleted all mentions of the project. $100 million in crypto assets connected to the scheme have already been frozen as investigations continue.

Davis’ legal team has not yet responded to the allegations. If the warrant is granted, he could face extradition and criminal charges.
