According to Farside data, U.S. Bitcoin spot ETFs collectively posted a net outflow of $99.8 million on April 4. Despite the overall negative flow, BlackRock’s IBIT saw a strong single-day net inflow of $65.3 million.

On the flip side, Fidelity’s FBTC recorded a $23.3 million outflow, while Bitwise’s BITB posted a larger $44.2 million withdrawal. This divergence highlights mixed investor sentiment across ETF issuers as the market digests broader macroeconomic developments.

The outflows follow heightened volatility in the crypto market earlier this week, amid shifting expectations around Fed policy and broader market risk-off behavior.
